When I was a very young boy, I heard my grandpa say, “You are like a tree…you’re either growing or you’re dying.”
He made that comment during a discussion about churches, but it is just as applicable to any organization or any person. I don’t claim that he is the originator of that statement, but it was the first time I’d ever heard it, and obviously it has stuck with me all these years. You are either growing…or you are dying. We are a growth firm, and we are totally committed to helping you grow. Period.

We’re very appreciative of the unique gifts, abilities, experiences, and opportunities we’ve been given, and we are committed to using them to help our valued clients.
We are thankful for the many wonderful client relationships we’ve been able to enjoy and are proud of the successes we’ve helped those clients achieve. Because of the confidential and sensitive nature of our work, we have intentionally chosen to be discreet with our client list. You will find very little on our website about our clients, but I assure you that if and when you decide to engage with us, you will be encouraged to talk with our clients and discuss how we’ve been able to help them grow.
We’ve never heard any leader say, “We’re growing too much, we’re executing too well, we have way too much talent, and we’re having far too much fun!”
We genuinely value formal education, but even more so, we value common sense, experience, and the proven ability to deliver successful results. When you meet us, you will find that we are not operating strictly from a theoretical or academic perspective; before starting this firm, we’ve actually led and operated companies. We’ve enjoyed many successes, and we’ve also experienced and known the pain of failure. In short, we are confident that our individual and collective experiences uniquely position us to help you. We’ve been exactly where you are and have lived through many of the same challenges you may now be experiencing.
